The Salmon Arm YNC group has become the "owner" of a garden in Peter Jannick Park, in Salmon Arm.  The Young Naturalists decided to use only native plants in this garden.  The pictures below show Young Naturalists and their families planting Ninebark, Red Osier Dogwood, Paper Birch, Saskatoon, and Grand Fir.  They will monitor their plants in the weeks to come to make sure they stay healthy.
